How do I get receipts from previous months?

If you need a receipt from a previous month's bill, simply reach out via our support chat in the bottom right-hand corner of this page. Just send us a message containing the months for which you need the receipts, along with the email your account is under, and we'll process your request within 24 hours during the work week.

Receipts are sent monthly to the account owner via email. If the account owner/account email has changed, please let us know, and we can update the information on your plan.
