Adding a Leader (or making a Learner into a Leader)

Leaders are people that can create and manage Courses as well as manage the Learners (and their progress) in those Courses. Leaders can only manage their own Courses and Learners.

Add a Leader to your account

  1. Go to the Members tab
  2. Click the "Add a Leader" button
  3. Fill out the fields and click Invite
  4. Your Leader will receive an email with login instructions

Promote a Learner to be a Leader

  1. Go to the Members tab
  2. Find the person you'd like to promote, and click on their name
  3. Click Edit in the top right corner of their profile
  4. Change their Role from Learner to Leader in the dropdown menu
  5. Click the "Save Changes" button
